What we use
Cookies are files stored by your browser to remember information. We use necessary cookies for access, shopping baskets, checkout sessions, language and consent preferences, when needed for the function you request.
- WordPress: cookie checks and authentication, including wordpress_test_cookie, wordpress_logged_in_* and wordpress_sec_*. Authentication cookies are used when signing in.
- WooCommerce: basket and session cookies, including woocommerce_items_in_cart, woocommerce_cart_hash and wp_woocommerce_session_*. Basket cookies last for the session; a WooCommerce session normally lasts up to two days.
- Polylang: pll_language remembers your language, normally for one year.
- Complianz: cmplz_* cookies store your decision and allowed categories, normally for up to one year.
- Development access: while password protection is in place, a necessary cookie may remember that access.
Session cookies expire when your browser session ends. Actual duration may vary with settings, “remember me” and software updates. Not every cookie is set on every visit.
Optional services
Google reCAPTCHA protects forms against abuse and may process device information and set cookies such as _GRECAPTCHA. Google Fonts may request fonts from Google servers. These services are managed through consent and blocked before their category is allowed. If you reject reCAPTCHA, a form using it may be unavailable; you can still contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
We have not configured Google Analytics, behavioural advertising or social media tracking pixels. Social icons are links to services with their own policies. Product images may load from our supplier. The chatbot sends your question to OpenAI only when you use it; see the assistant information.
Your choices
The banner lets you accept, reject optional cookies or choose categories, with equally prominent choices. Change your decision using “Manage consent” or open cookie preferences. Rejecting does not prevent browsing or necessary technical functions.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. This may sign you out, empty your basket or request your choice again. Read about personal data and your rights in our privacy policy.
